Under the Influence Exhibition

| Mike Smith, Professor of Art in ETSU’s Department of Art and Design, will retire in May of 2017, after serving the University as its major professor in photography for 36 years. Over his 36 years teaching students he has made quite the impact on his students. Under the Influence is a group show comprised of multiple photographers with one thing in common, all were students of Mike. The goal for the exhibition is to create a visual connection, contradiction and conversation between students and their teacher. A reception will be held in the Reece Museum on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. |
